Terms of Service

You need an account and an active paid subscription for persistent student learning features. Use an email or Google account you can continue to access, keep any password or one-time sign-in code private, and don't share your account. Self-service accounts are for people aged 13 and older. We have not yet enabled accounts for younger students.

• Try Scholar: Preview availability is shown on the preview page. When paused, you can explore authored examples without an account. If a bounded QA demo is available, you can submit a public or invented question for automated AI processing. Do not submit private schoolwork or identifying information. Demo replies are not saved to a learner account; the demo does not create ordinary saved learning history or a human Teacher request. Authored examples do not call AI or submit work.
• Scholar+: $99/month. The membership includes conversations with Scholar plus 10 Teacher interactions per monthly cycle.
• Scholar+ Live: Not currently available. It is planned with scheduled virtual Teacher sessions and is not currently included, sold, or available for preorder.

One interaction covers a question or feedback on an assignment or paper. Reviews are advertised up to 5,000 words, with flexibility for supporting material and reasonable overages. Related follow-up questions are included when you need clarification on your Teacher's feedback. A new task or unrelated question uses another interaction. The 10 included interactions refresh each paid monthly billing cycle and do not roll over. Extra interactions are optional one-time purchases: one for $12 or three for $30. Purchased extras are separate from your monthly allowance.

Scholar+ is $99 per month with +Teacher always included. Cancel from Account to stop renewal; access continues through the paid-through date. Payments use Stripe. You may save a payment method for eligible future purchases with your consent, and the cardholder name may differ from the member name. Extra interactions require a separate confirmed purchase; there are no automatic top-ups.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details. A lapse stops new persistent learning activity but does not automatically delete the account or historical data. Account and privacy controls remain available.

For the initial membership payment, request a 100% refund within 7 days or a 50% refund after 7 days and within 30 days. This initial-payment policy does not restart on monthly renewal. Renewal-payment refund requests and initial-payment requests after 30 days are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed. To request a refund, email studio404media@gmail.com with your account email and payment date. Please do not send card details.

Scholar can offer explanations, hints, steps, and questions to help you learn. AI may also produce answers or finished text; you remain responsible for how you use them. Submitting AI or teacher-written work as your own may violate your school's policy. Use Scholar+ to understand the work, and follow your teacher's and school's rules.

Don't use Scholar+ for anything unsafe, harassing, illegal, or unrelated to studying, and don't upload other people's personal information. Your Library activity is private to your account and authorized staff. Content that breaks these rules can be removed and repeated violations can end an account.

Teacher feedback is published by an authorized human educator. Send your request anytime, 24/7. Your Teacher will respond within 24 hours, with timing depending on availability. Teacher support is asynchronous and is not emergency support. AI responses can still be wrong; always check important work. Scholar+ is a study aid, not a substitute for your school, and we can't guarantee any particular grade or outcome.
